Build the infrastructure that doesn't exist yet.

We're hiring engineers and operators who want to ship to real customers, in real markets, on infrastructure they own end-to-end.

What working at Vidaya looks like

  • Real systems, real users

Vidaya runs in production from day one. You'll ship code that handles real volume, real failure modes, real business stakes.

  • A stack you can respect

Go, Rust, Next.js, PostgreSQL, NATS, self-operated infrastructure. We use what works — and we built the parts that don't exist yet.

  • Engineering ownership

Small team. Deep autonomy. No managers between you and your impact. We hire seniors and trust them to operate as seniors.

  • Real challenges

Multilingual AI pipelines. Asset workflows at scale. Infrastructure built for markets no one else serves well.

  • Algiers-based, remote-flexible

We're based in Algiers and operate from there. Remote-friendly for senior contributors, with regular team gatherings.

  • Meaningful equity

You're an early team member, with equity that reflects that.

Open roles

We're always looking to talk with great engineers.

We're always interested in talking with senior engineers, infrastructure specialists, and AI/ML practitioners who want to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Areas where we're especially interested in hiring next:

  • Backend engineering (Go, distributed systems)
  • Infrastructure and DevOps (self-hosted, hybrid)
  • Systems engineering (Linux, security, networking)
  • AI/ML engineering (multilingual NLP, digital asset AI)
  • Frontend engineering (Next.js, design systems)

If any of this resonates, drop us a line — we'd like to hear about you.
